We source our materials absolutely everywhere! For each one, we try to give you information about its origin, but it's not always known to us :)

Coupon orders are prepared directly in our factory in the Paris region. We prepare them twice a week, so for this reason the processing time for an order containing a coupon can be up to 7 working days, but we promise we always do it as quickly as possible!
Delivery & returns
If your order contains pre-ordered products, its shipping date will depend on the longest lead time.

- Collection from the workshop at 7 Impasse Berthaud, Paris 3rd (simply wait for the email confirming that the order is ready)!
- Colissimo delivery (with or without signature).
- Collection point, available in mainland France.
Shipping is free for orders over €200 in mainland France.
Costs will be calculated based on your delivery address.
Returns: each coupon is cut to order: they are therefore exchangeable for an item of equivalent value or a credit note for the amount of the initial order.
