Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide 🌎

From our Parisian workshop, your orders are shipped with care, whether you are in France, Europe or on the other side of the globe.

What are the delivery methods and prices in France?

You have several options to choose from:

  • Colissimo without signature : €5.90
  • Colissimo with signature : from €8.90
  • Collection point : €4.90

What are the shipping times?

We prepare your order within 48 working hours , unless otherwise stated on the product page (pre-order, semi-custom, etc.).

Next, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.

During launch periods or periods of high activity, the delivery time may be slightly longer — we always do our best to get it done as quickly as possible

My order contains a pre-order: what's happening?

If your order contains both available items and pre-ordered items, we will ship everything when it is all ready , whichever takes the longest.

This helps avoid multiple shipments and reduces our carbon footprint 🌿

Do you make international deliveries?

Yes !

Customs fees may be applied by the carrier, in addition to shipping costs.

You can come and collect or exchange your order directly at the workshop , without an appointment.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return it, and then an additional 14 days to return the package to us.

What are the conditions for a return?

To be accepted, your article must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed
  • With all its labels,
  • In its original packaging if you return the entire order (otherwise, €5 will be deducted from the refund).

Custom-made, semi-custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Express manufacturing fees are non-refundable.

When will I be reimbursed?

We will process the refund upon receipt and verification of your return.

If you had chosen to collect from the workshop , the refund period is 15 days from the date the order was made available .

After this period, you will be offered a credit note valid for 6 months .

How do I return an order from abroad?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Once the items are received, we will refund the value of the returned product(s).

How do I make an exchange? A credit note?

You can choose a credit note valid for 1 year , usable on the entire e-shop or directly at the workshop (and a big thank you for supporting us by choosing this option)!

When requesting a return , please specify in the comments the item you would like to receive in exchange.

We will proceed with the exchange subject to available stock .

If the requested item is no longer available, we will automatically refund you.

I bought it in store, can I get a refund?

Items purchased directly from the workshop are non-refundable .

but can be redeemed for a credit note valid in store or on our website!
