34: length 96 cm, waist circumference 64-67 cm.
36 : length 98 cm, waist circumference 68-71 cm.
38 : length 99 cm, waist circumference 72-75 cm.
40 : length 100 cm, waist circumference 76-79 cm.
42 : length 101 cm, waist circumference 80-83 cm.
44 : length 102 cm, waist circumference 84-87 cm.
If you are 1.65m or shorter: the trousers will reach just below your ankle.
If you are between 1.65m and 1.70m tall: the trousers will reach your ankles.
If you are 1.75m or taller: the trousers will reach just above your ankle.
