Trip to Venice

Voyage à Venise

We were so happy with our trip to Lisbon for the summer collection, that we decided to shoot our new collection in another European city (we would have done New York but everything in its time 🤪). After procrastinating, budget study, lists of pros and cons and above all google image of a dozen cities, the choice clearly fell on Venice. Its colors, its canals, its history... The perfect setting to tell the story of our new collection!

We left for three days in Italy with not only the whole team, but also Arthur who knows Venice like the back of his hand, our golden guide, and of course Alice our great photographer.

Between Clémentine who overcame (as best she could) her morbid fear of flying and Lucie who was excited at the idea of discovering Italy for the first time, the trip was colorful :)

Crazy weather and incredible light that gave our photos exactly the effect we were looking for... We couldn't have asked for better!

A lot of work on the program for these three days: we wanted to find the best possible places to present the collection to you, even if we quickly realized that in Venice all the street corners were magnificent... And who says shooting also says fittings and changing outfits in the middle of the street, a game to which Lucie and Clémentine (who are starting to have the habit...).

Between two shoots, we of course took advantage of Venice, and if there is one thing that the team shares, in Paris as well as when traveling, it's an extraordinary passion for all that is eaten #foodaddict for life! Discover the best of Italian cuisine while sipping spritzes by the canals, in short, the Dolce Vita. As you can see, at Les Petites Jupes de Prune, we know how to combine work and pleasure!

We came home full of sunny memories and lots of great photos (798 to be exact, a thousand thanks to Alice!). We hope that the images will have more for you too, and that we can continue to share our adventures with you next season...!
